The 2025 Disciples Women Fall Retreat will be held on October 1-3 (Midweek) and October 3-5 (Weekend) at Disciples Center at Tawakoni. The theme is “How To Be A Godly Woman In A Modern World.” The Rev. Dr. Kris Tenny-Brittian will be the keynote speaker. Kris describes herself as a Purveyor of Hope, a Midwife of Dreams, and someone who loves to make people smile.
Registration will open on July 1. Full retreat will be $85, a new one night plus registration, which offers a one-night stay and three meals, is $75.00, and the one-day registration, which includes two meals, is $65.00.
The KDW Cabinet administers a scholarship fund to assist women interested in attending the annual retreat called the Helen Schwab scholarship. The scholarship is available to any woman and will pay up to one-half of the registration cost if approved.
