God designed us to be in community with each other. At Riverside Christian, we want to make it easy for you to find people in your area and stage of life. Groups are the place where we connect and do life together, build friendships, and learn about the Bible. Participation takes place both in Sunday Worship and throughout the week.
Small Group Involvement
Being part of a small group helps connect us as people of God, complete with our joys, challenges, sorrows, and everyday lives. Check the CALENDAR or updated meeting times and locations.
Riverside Disciples Women
If you are a woman and attend Riverside Christian Church, you are automatically welcome in Riverside Disciples Women. Meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday at 7 p.m. We enjoy a devotional and treats.
Working Through Grief
Grief can be fresh or still feel fresh to you. We offer a Bible-led study, or a current book, and follow it with group support discussion. It is a safe and confidential environment for everyone, no matter what the loss.
RCC Ringers (Handbell Choir)
Our Handbell Choir plays several times a year in Worship! Even if you only have limited experience with reading notes and time signatures, you can make some beautiful music! No audition is required!

Wednesday Dinner and Study
Each Wednesday, dinner is served! Enjoy fellowship over a meal and then lead into a book or Bible study. Choir rehearsals follow. Childcare is available during by RSVP to the church office. Call 316.263.0900 for more information.
Crafters Group
Crafters gather to share their artistic talents. Prayer Shawl Ministry merged and makes knitted or crochet items for homebound or service members. Each year they make hats and scarves to donate to shelters.

Men's Breakfast
Usually last Saturday of the month, Men's Group sponsors a breakfast.

Tuesday Coffee Group
This is much more than coffee. We are a community of friendly seniors who enjoy conversation and being with people in person. A cup of coffee comes with camaraderie and companionship. Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.
Fellowship Dinners
Christ's Table is open to all and so is ours!
We have fellowship meals frequently. Each meal is sponsored by one of our groups and often acts as a fundraiser for the ministry. The meals are free though donations are welcome.
